During my stay, I enjoyed the pool area where the staff provided towels and drinks. I appreciated the spaciousness of the room with large windows that gave a nice view of the city. There was a variety of dining options available, which made it easy for my family to find something we liked.

At one point, we faced challenges with the elevator system, which required a room key to access. This was inconvenient especially when we just wanted to head downstairs quickly. We also noted some areas were not as clean as I expected.

We had a fantastic time exploring the amenities at the hotel! My grandson and I loved the Sound of Your Stay® program that let us experience great music up close. The pools were also a hit with the kids, providing endless fun!

My kids wished there were more family-friendly dining options available during our stay. The buffet wasn’t open, and it was disappointing considering that we had a large family and needed a variety of meal choices.

During my stay, I really enjoyed the great pool and bar area with beautiful views of the ocean and white sand, and the convenience of having the Hard Rock Cafe just a few steps away made grabbing a bite easy between my city strolls. I appreciated that the room was clean and modern, perfect for a single traveler like myself, but it would have been nice if there was a valet parking option as walking through the garage at night felt a bit uncomfortable.

Oh man, the bagels at Dundee's were pure gold! Nailed it with the cream cheese. And the poolside snack bar had some killer nachos. The staff was super pleasant, making our stay cozy despite the craziness! Can't forget the stunning beach setting either. You can’t beat the vibe!

Now, let’s keep it real. The floors in our room were gritty, and that shower head? Clogged up like a slow drain. The remote seemed like it was from the Stone Age, too. Still, we made the best of it—holiday spirit, right?

However, our room had cleanliness issues, including musty odors, and the lack of a fridge was inconvenient. It’s a suitable choice for families seeking entertainment options, though it could benefit from better room maintenance.
